    Wow that dinner looks right up my alley!! I loooove fish n chips, though I normally bake it with the panko crust rather than fry it.

    One tip for the fries – put them under the broiler for 5 minutes after you’re done baking them – that crisps them up a lot and makes them more like real fries!

      Thanks for the tip! I’ll try that with the fries next time.

      I’m not sure if we’ve tried baking the fish before, but it sounds like something I’d like!

    YUM!! Fish and Chips are some of my favorite foods. I haven’t had them in such a long time though. I’ve never made sweet potato fries at home and am definitely going to look into giving that a try!
