    I am seriously considering it – I fall into a trap with carbs and it’s not good. I hate to give up my wine though even though I only have it on the weekends I really do look forward to it

      I have not given up my wine! You can have certain wines. Pinot noir and pinot blanc have the lowest amount of carbs. Sparkling white and champagne is also super super low. Steer clear of stuff like port, dessert wines, moscato, etc.
