    Sweet potato fries are awesome. Another great option for fries is to use butternut squash.

    I’ve made the fries too but they didn’t turn out as pretty as yours! Still tasted good though. I’ve been wanting to try a sweet potato pancake thing I found online but haven’t got around to it yet.
