    I haven’t had a massage in SOOO long. I should really treat myself to one. My favorite are swedish/theraputic massages just because they’re light and loosen me up so well.

    I actually don’t care for massages that much. They hurt. Now a soak in a hot tub, that is another matter. Preferably with said nog.

    Have you tried the cable squat-to-row? Whole body move and I love it!
