I just got a Kinect for Christmas and I loooove it! Do you know what game that was that you were playing?

    1. Lisa Eirene

I’m not sure what game we were playing. It was the workout one and then one that was just for fun–It had dodgeball, river rafting adventure and an obstacle course. It was so fun!

I love games like that–they are fun and making oyu feel like you arent working out, even when you are. That’s why I like Just Dance so much.

    1. Lisa Eirene

Exactly! It didn’t feel like a workout.

Hi Lisa – I started reading your blog a few months ago and I really enjoy it. I’m a WW leader and I think your philosophy on fitness and food is right on! We ended up with a sick day here too – and I was hoping to have an awesome workout – oh well! These things can’t be planned. Feel better!

Hi Beth, Thanks for reading! I’d love to chat with you sometime about your work as a WW leader if you’d like to share.

I’m watching the Hood to Coast movie tonight at a screening in SLC and I keep thinking of you. Can’t wait to see the movie and see what you ran through!

I hope your injury heals up completely soon. I hope and pray I don’t get injured this year.

    1. Lisa Eirene

Nice! You’ll have to let me know what you think of the movie and race after you watch it. I’ve yet to see the movie because both screenings here in Portland have been sold out. But I lived it, so I can wait for the DVD. LOL

I’ll post about it tomorrow–I’m hoping that it’s good! It’s a very fascinating race. I’ve thought about running it but I’ve heard it is way difficult to get into. You could come to SLC to watch it–not sold out here! 🙂

I lucked out getting in last year. But yes! It is VERY hard to get in. My teammates didn’t get in this year–a first for them.

We have The Biggest Loser workout for Kinect. We just got Kinect so I’ve only done it once, but I really liked it.

I DO have a Kinect! & have blogged about it a few times! But yeah, Kinect is pretty darn sweet for a rest day mini workout! The first weekend I bought Kinect Sports, my back was extremely sore from the boxing game! I also have Zumba, which has 20 min workouts & 45 min workouts. I can’t say enough good things about Kinect!
Too bad we don’t live closer, i’d invite you over to play my games!

I would love to play Kinect games! Boo…you live really far away don’t you? 🙁

How did your Brick workout go yesterday?
