You have much more control than I do, when it comes to mexican food. I do agree, I really can’t stand too much cheese on my plate anymore, since I don’t eat much of it. It can take over a whole dish – well, unless it is nachos, then it should have tons of cheese. 🙂
    I’m making myself hungry……
I hope you don’t bruise up too badly, the bike crash sounded scary.

I usually don’t have a lot of control when it comes to Mexican food either. Last night I just wasn’t as starving as I thought I would be.

I wonder if your hunger will hit hard today. Mine always did the day or two after. Way to stop eating when you were full. That is my biggest challenge. I seem to eat to the point of sickness. Especially if I know it is a “cheat day”.

Great job on the ride yesterday, and sorry to hear about the crash! Hope you don’t feel any after effects of that this week.

We are shooting for a 100-mile bike ride this summer. I am also debating on doing another triathlon, but all depends on how fast I get back into running.
