    I eat 30-40 g of fiber a day (I just checked πŸ™‚ ) I eat a ton of raw veggies with my lunch most days, whole grain bread for breakfast, fruit for snacks, lentils or beans at dinner, popcorn for dessert…. it’s all over!
    Josh and I run together sometimes, but since he works in Salem if he’s running on a weeknight I run earlier and make dinner while he’s out. Otherwise dinner wouldn’t get started till late

      I eat a lot of fiber too. Yesterday was kinda of low–22 grams of fiber. Usually I’m in the 30’s.

      It’s hard when your schedules aren’t quite the same. It’s nice of you to make dinner. Do you run together on weekends?

        Yeah, we do Foot Traffic U on the weekends, and stick together there (I feel bad because Josh could run faster but he sticks in my pace group with me…I’m not a fast runner! But it’s a nice way to start your Saturday). And when it’s not gross we’ve been doing a walk or something on Sundays just so we’re out and moving.

          That’s really nice that you guys can run together! Michael isn’t a running so hiking or cycling is the activity we can do together.

          I’m not a fast runner either, but I can maintain it so I’m happy with that!

      It’s strange what food we crave and if we really listen to our bodies, it’s telling us what we’re lacking. When I started running I started to crave steak. I realized that I wasn’t eating near enough protein as a vegetarian and needed to start eating more!

    My husband & I used to work out together all the time, but now our schedules don’t mesh so well. I kind of miss it.

    That dinner looks delicious! I think I need to put steak on the menu this upcoming week.

      We used to do steaks on Sunday nights but switched it to weekdays because it’s such a quick and easy meal. It’s one of my favorites.

    I always work out with my husband. It was weird getting used to but I like it. I’m a whip cracker though. He hates it. I always am correcting his form and it drives him nuts.

    Oh, and fiber, I’m 25-40g p/day usually.

      I’m the whip cracker too I guess. But that’s simply because I’m at a different fitness level than Michael.
