    I have a hard time splitting mine up. Plus it’s more laundry..blech..

    I do find it easier if I choose a primary goal for the day. When I’m in training for one of my priority runs of the year, I make running my first workout and fit in weights/yoga/swim where I can.

    I’m glad to have found your blog though! Great reading!

      In fairness, I wore the same clothes so no extra laundry which was good! But yeah, that part is a pain!

      I’ve been told that the humidity in Oregon is nothing compared to the South. Luckily I’ve never had to experience it!
