Ha! For some reason, that photo of Michael totally cracks me up. Maybe because you put the “Game of Thrones” refrence in my head? πŸ™‚

My favorite mac and cheese would have to be topped with toasted bread crumbs or something equally crunchy!

Haha! I didn’t even think about that picture of Michael being kind of a “throne.” I hope it doesn’t go to his head. πŸ™‚

I agree, I love mac n’ cheese with crunchies on top.

I don’t normally do mac n cheese, but my wife does one from scratch that is really good. It has little toasted crunchies on top after it is baked in the oven. I can fault you for the pepper spray. I’m not worried about “stranger danger” but rottweiler’s running free off the leash with no owner in sight always gets my “stranger danger” heart a pumping. One of the things I like about reading your blog is the variety of beers. Here in Montana there are quite a few micro breweries for the population. Since I moved here I discovered a darker brown ale beer called Moose Drool. It’s been my personal favorite for awhile. It comes from a brewery in Missoula.

THANKFULLY I haven’t had an encounter with a dog yet. That would scare the crap out of me.

I tried Moose Drool! Years ago when I went on a road trip to Kalispell to visit a friend. I don’t remember if I liked it, it was that long ago. πŸ™‚

Great job on the bike ride! My husband doesn’t exercise at all, so I am always going solo – I do wear my road i.d. – don’t want to have a diabetic coma on my bike and no one knows it!

I love mac n cheese – any which way, but I have never had lobster mac n cheese -that sounds amazeballs!

Glad you wear your road ID!

I am kind of a purist when it comes to mac n’ cheese. I don’t usually want stuff added to it.
