I loved that movie! It was really sweet and not at all what I expected. I can see what you mean about the end- my boyfriend felt the same way, he liked the movie but felt like it could have been better at the end. I liked the ending though- to me it was very reminiscent of the 80’s childhood americana movies it was trying to emulate. But I can definetly see what you mean 🙂

It was sweet and the kids were all likeable and good actors. We both felt like there was a lot of build up throughout the movie to kind of a “Blah” ending. But I agree, it reminded me of the movies I used to watch as a kid.

This was a decent movie, although I didn’t like the very end where the boy had to release that special object. It made me sad.

That made me sad too. But I guess it was symbolic for letting her go…

I haven’t seen that movie yet – but I want to! Oddly enough there haven’t been any movies this summer I’ve been dying to see. I am looking forward to the next Twilight movie in November though. I’ve just been checking out random movies at our local budget cinema. Much better to pay $3 than $10!

By the way – send some of that sweatshirt weather my way. It’s supposed to set record highs today with heat indexes around 115!

Where the heck do you live that it’s 115?!?!? While I hate the rain and cold, I don’t like 115!
