Unless it’s a restaurant that will take your name and call you when your table is ready (so you can go shopping or for a cocktail elsewhere), I don’t like waiting more than 30 minutes. I’m just not that patient!

Or those little buzzers. They are nice. But I’m with you, I’m not waiting very long.

I WISH I was coming to Portland on my trip! I would spend a week there, just eating 😛 Sounds like such an awesome place! Ah well, there is always next time.

      That’s too bad! Next trip!

I have no idea how long I stood in line for Uglesich’s when I was in New Orleans, but it was well worth the wait!

We have a Fish & Chip shop here in the Twin Cities. My husband hates to wait, but didn’t peep a word when he saw a line out the door. The line moved pretty quickly. But after he had one of his best burgers ever (he’s allergic to fish), I think he’lll go back and wait any length of time. 😉

There are some restaurants that are worth the wait for sure. When we went to Austin we stood in line for over 90 minutes at Franklin’s BBQ. But it’s probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my entire life AND I got to spot some celebrities. 🙂

I am so glad you are doing better for PT. 30 minutes is about my wait limit here in Charleston as there are just too many other good places.

What? Did I read that correct? It is common at several different places for people to wait in line for over an hour? That’s just crazy talk. I would never wait in line that long.

Actually, that’s a lie. I did wait in line for an hour at the Food Truck Festival for the Grilled Cheese Truck. Worth it.

In Portland it is! Unfortunately! But I won’t go to restaurants that have that kind of wait. There are so many good places in Portland it’s not worth it to me.

Grilled Cheese Truck sounds worth it to me, 🙂
