    This is wonderful! Thanks so much to Tina and Lisa! I too struggle with binge eating and restricking my diet. I am finally starting to become honest with my self and trying to fight this obsession with food. I am joing OA in Nov to help heal my mind and soul so that I can learn to heal my body.
