Yes!! I’ve been listening to podcasts on the weekend, while I clean the house. It’s a great way to make time go quickly and learn and/or think. I know I’m inspired when I stop cleaning and jot down notes to put on my journal later. 🙂

    Favorites are

    Everyday Paleo- Sarah Fragoso

Make Shift Happen – Dean Dwyer

Occasionally I tune into Robb Wolf for the Paleo Solution or to Jimmy Moore of Living the Low Carb life depending on their topics and who they interviewed that week. Also the archives of my two favorite podcasts provide a lot of great cleaning entertainment. Almost like old time radio.

Great photos on your hike a few days ago. Wise to let your muscles heal. I may have broken one of my toes boogie boarding last Sunday, so I modified my routine this week with good results. Almost back to normal. Arhhhh. I was better off sticking to hiking and walking.

I’m looking forward to your podcast interview and seeing what podcasts your readers like. Karen P

I hope you toe heals quickly, I imagine that is extremely painful!

Thanks for the podcast recommendations. I will check it out!

Nice job! I don’t listen to podcasts but maybe I should. It might help pass the time on the treadmill. Also, I’m really curious about the Veggie Grill! I’m vegetarian, and I’ve found fake meat can be seriously hit or miss. That sandwich sounds delicious.

I listen to podcasts at work. I really love the informative ones. Joe Rogan’s is really good because he has guests in and talks about everything! He’s also a conspiracy nut which is amusing.

Try the Veggie Grill. I liked it a lot and I’m not vegetarian anymore. The faux meat was good.

I listen to podcasts a lot. I use the free app Stitcher and it automatically updates the latest podcasts for me. I also like Dan Savage as you do and I’ve heard that Joe Rogan is great. I’ll have to check him out. My favorites are, This American Life (from NPR), Judge John Hodgeman ( hilarious!), Bullseye and Stuff You Should Know.

My friend recommended the American Life podcast and I haven’t checked it out yet. Thanks for the reminder!
