I love nutritional yeast on popcorn. It tastes more like cheese popcorn than grated parm (and it sticks better to the kernels.) We use olive oil instead of butter and a bit of sea salt and black pepper.
I also have the same problem with books on hold coming in all at the same time. Our library only has a 2 week lending period so it gets crazy sometimes.

I’m so glad I discovered nutritional yeast. It’s so good!

Oh that kitty picture!!! AWWWW!!!! Wouldn’t it be great if you could choose your portion size in ALL restaurants? Who knows, maybe one day that’ll become more common. Have a great Tuesday Lisa.

I wish all restaurants did that. It would make it so much easier!

I ALWAYS take one rest day per week. But I also think there are times that I should be taking two, but I don’t. I get stubborn and like to workout, even though I know my body needs recovery time. This is definitely something I should work on changing.

Agreed! I think there are definitely weeks (like last week (where I need 3 rest days!). I’ve learned to listen to my body. It tells me when I’m burned out.

Haha no “scheduled” rest days for me. I only do them when I can’t fit it in or I want to sleep in!

I think I developed a schedule because I was trying to fit in a social life as well and the only way to do that was to schedule everything!

    Kitteh! Love that pic!

Days of rest are definitely important. What each person needs depends on their training, recovery habits, and level of conditioning. I run the gamut from exercising just one day a week, to working out 7 days a week for months on end. That one didn’t end so well.

Currently, I don’t set a schedule. I rest when I feel like I need it. Simple and sustainable. And working well so far.

    Cheers!

I agree it depends on each person. I could probably get away with 1 rest day a week but I like 2. Maybe it’s more for my mental health and to avoid burnout than anything else. But it works for me!

I am so bad about breaking up my rest days. I definitely rest one day each weekend, my other rest day really depends on my sleep pattern. Lately, I’ve been really lazy resting two days in a row and then a day on the weekend. I need to get my butt in gear before swimsuit season!!!

Sometimes I wish one of my rest days could be a weekend day so I could just be LAZY…!
