I love chili too – it’s so hearty and I love how you can add whatever meat/beans, etc. you have on hand. Of course, I am partial to my buffalo chicken chili ($10,000 award winning I might add!)

Although this one has been on my list to try for a long time:

I ALMOST added a bunch of buffalo sauce to it. LOL I might add some to the leftovers to try it.

Love me some chili! There are so many kinds out there. I have a white chicken chili recipe I love. My mom makes the best with noodles! But the one we always make at home is this one because my husband is allergic to beans – http://theclothesmakethegirl.com/2009/02/22/my-favorite-chili-recipe/

It’s rich and meaty, but I always end up adding cayenne and red pepper flakes to taste because we like it spicy! You can also add any old toppings you want.
