    I have a huge collection of workout DVD’s and there are a lot that are only 20 to 30 minutes long. To be honest, for me that’s enough for my early morning workout. I walk Bella after work 30 to 60 minutes too and I get my 60 minutes of exercising in a day that way.

      DVDs are a great suggestion too! There are plenty of DVDs and apps, and probably some shows on Netflix that could make working out at home quick and easy.

    I really love these workouts. Sometimes we find ourselves in tight spots where we only got a few minutes to spare for workouts. My favorite one is doing some kettlebell swings and reps when I really don’t have time. Thanks a lot for sharing these workouts. Will be sharing with my workout buddies too.
