I haven’t had a Krispy Kreme in forever! We used to live near one and getting a hot fresh donut was soooo good!

I don’t get grumpy much any more. I used to, but then I realized how much I hated being grumpy and I can now shake it off pretty quickly. I try to find something funny in pretty much all situations, which helps a lot.

I don’t mind running in the rain so much, but biking in the rain is horrible!

I am surprised that for a dessert Krispy Kreme is so low in calories! It tastes so good.

It’s been awhile since I was in such a funk. Usually nice weather and fun plans can distract me and fitness always improves my mood. But I think things just kind of came to a head this weekend. Lots of stress, limbo, etc. But I will stand firm: I hate the rain! Period!

I love World Market. I was there on Saturday and bought 2 new flavors of Toroni’s sugar free syrups (lime & cinnamon-vanilla), tri-color peppercorns, chocolate made to be served with wine (for a client), and a card. But I went in to get black salt (they were out).

There are great business card holders on eBay.

Grumpy usually gets better with a really sweaty workout. If that is not possible I make a list of things I am grateful for and then I call someone who might need a pick me up call. That usually turns my day from a frown to a smile.

If I had all the money I wanted to spend of frivolous things, I’d probably blow it at World market. 🙂

Yes, my moods usually improve with exercise too. This weekend was just a fluke where the exercise was the cause.

    LORDY IVE BEEN STRUGGLING LATELY!

I just try to embrace it and now avoid it and on ly THEN move on past and through.

Sometimes it’s good to just let it out, mope and be miserable. Then move on. I think I’m okay now. Sorry you’ve been struggling lately too. It seems to be going around lately!

I agree that having a place to go to workout is helpful. To me it’s like going to the library to study, you just get more done there.
But being able to be flexible and workout at home if needed is good too.

Thanks Steena…you make a good point about the library. I am the same way. There are too many distractions at home to get in a GOOD workout.

I so understand this! When I’m grumpy, I find that if I can just get busy doing something that takes my mind off all the things that are annoying me – things get much better!

Thanks for understanding! I felt like a total baby throwing a tantrum but seriously, it was like one thing after another going wrong this weekend. UGH!

Distraction is good. I watched a lot of TV this weekend, 🙂
