Sounds like an awesome weekend – but I am really doing a happy dance with about the knee pain not being there, even later in the day. #winning!

Yep, we had a mid day lunch for Easter and I had no desire to make anything for dinner.

Jealous of your weather though – this morning I got in the car and it was 23 degrees – wth!

    1. Lisa Eirene

Yes, I am ecstatic about the biking!! Hoping to bike tomorrow too.

Sorry about the 23 degrees. That is AWFUL.

Yay for biking!! I’m so jealous of those high temps. Chicago is finally coming around, but I’m impatient and would really like it to get warmer faster! 🙂

    1. Lisa Eirene

I’m impatient too. I want summer!

Love that you were able to get out and enjoy the summer weather! We had a similar day on Friday of last week and I felt like turning cartwheels. This past winter seems to have been the longest one on record! Glad to see you didn’t have any issues with biking.

    1. Lisa Eirene

I know the feeling! Cartwheels would have been next. 🙂 I was so happy the weather was good and biking went well.

Glad to hear the warmer weather made an appearance for you. Still waiting for winter to give in and open the door to the wonders that spring should be by now presenting to us.

Great to hear that you were able to make the most of the day in the saddle without hurting yourself and the rewards for all that exercise look great.

I hope winter comes to a close where you are at. Spring has definitely arrived here and it’s nice.

Yep, biking went well and no saddle soreness either. Added bonus.

What a great weekend. I love Portland, must try and get down there again sometime soon. I also love the pics of your kitty. He’s very regal. Have a good Tuesday Lisa.

Yay for biking! I have gone out when it is the upper 40s to low 50s because I just couldn’t wait any more!

I might suggest you get a professional fit for your bike. It will be totally worth it – especially if you are going to be doing some serious rides this summer. They will put you on blocks with your bike and measure all the angles to fit you properly.

    Those pastries look tasty!

    1. Lisa Eirene

I definitely want to get it professional fit. I just haven’t found the time to do it.

YAY for BIKING and the perfect weather to do it in!!! Oh and not having any complications on your ride.. that always feels good!

It was storming something crazy here but since I took a long weekend from work I got to enjoy a beautiful bike ride to run some errands today.

    1. Lisa Eirene

Nice, I hope you were able to go for a bike ride yesterday.

So exciting to hear people are out biking! I want to get a new bike this year and put some serious mileage on it. Still not really biking weather here though – soon I hope!

    1. Lisa Eirene

It will be pretty spotty for awhile but I plan on taking advantage of nice days here and there.
