I have the Zero scale and I love it. It just tells you if you’ve lost/gained in the last week, and then total weight lost/gained since you first step on it. And I bring out my food scale every once in a while to make sure that my “eyeball” portions aren’t out of whack – suddenly 1 cup of cereal turns into 3 cups over time.

I want one of those scales. I love the concept. And I’m with you, I get out the food scale periodically to check it.

I drank green smoothies and clean veggie soup AND tracked calories on MyFitnessPal (1600/day) for a week but because I was doing bootcamp, the scale didn’t budge. So frustrating. I’m going back on WW since that’s the only thing that works for me. At least then I can eat whatever I want and not feel deprived. Scary that I can lose better on Taco Bell and frozen pancakes than green smoothies and veggie soup, but that’s what my body likes. (I’m still going to eat pretty clean, dontch worry)

It’s good you know what works for you. I hope WW is a good thing for you this time around.

I love my fitbit scale because it’s wifi and automatically logs/charts my weight over time. I’ve never heard of the ones that don’t show your weight, but that sounds like a cool option too.

Oh that’s a nice perk! I didn’t know that fitbit had a scale.
