I do really like swimming now! The hardest part was the first day and just getting over the mental hurdle of trying something new. I’m not perfect, or fast, but it’s a lot of fun.

My workouts are pretty flexible. I do like swimming on Friday nights, though, because the pool is dead and I don’t have to share a lane, and I’m in less of a rush to shower and get home since I know I don’t have a bunch of stuff to do when I get home.

Yes! I love my Friday night swims because the pool is usually dead. I hate feeling rushed, or pressured to finish before water aerobics, too.

      Glad you are liking it!

That’s great! It’s a fun activity that doesn’t really “feel” like exercise!
