We went to that brewery on the Portland Brew Bus tour… I LOVE their apricot beer. So good.

I tried my friend Robyn’s apricot beer! It was actually pretty tasty.

Beer is FUN! I am a boring beer girl- Mich Ultra. The fun comes after the beer for me! 🙂

When we need to “tighten” our budget- the first thing that goes is going out to eat. We LOVE to go out–but we can save so much money (and calories) by staying in!

Definitely! Eating out will be sparse after we use up our Groupons.

Yes, we split meals allll the time.. Or, I’ll order an appetizer item, and he’ll order a regular menu item and we share. I know the servers HATE it, but, aside from the budget, it really helps the portion sizing.

We do that too. One entree and an appetizer or salad is often PLENTY for the two of us.

We don’t go out to eat much, because of money! But when we do, I often order something a la carte rather than a whole big meal. And we have water since we don’t do alcohol! (Baptist here!!)

It is DEFINITELY expensive, even going somewhere cheap. Subways is fairly cheap and not too bad on calories depending on what you order.
