Sorry about your ankle! I actually ended up losing weight when I was pregnant because I was about 30 pounds overweight at the time. My end weight right before I had Hannah was 189 – six weeks after she was born I was 149 (I retained a lot of water!). But I stopped eating fast food, I wasn’t drinking and eating shitty bar food (I was 23 at the time) 😀

I definitely cut out the junk food. I haven’t had soda either. And obviously not drinking. All three things can pack on the pounds. So in that aspect I’m doing pretty good!

I don’t like flavored yogurt either – way too sweet. I always get plain Fage and if I want it sweet, I put honey in it, but having it with fruit or some cereal is usually good enough for me.

I agree! So much sugar and sweetness. Just having plain Greek yogurt with raspberries or blueberries is perfect.
