    Hugs to you Lisa. Don’t even think about losing until you are done breastfeeding. You can eat healthier and all that, but your focus should be taking care of yourself, nourishing yourself mentally, etc. Maintaining might be the best thing for you right now and focus on losing a little later. Just log all your food, no matter how much to keep yourself in the habit. Then you will have a concrete thing to look at to see where you might want to work on if you want to lose a few months down the road.
