It actually sounds like a good year, Lisa – and an active one, too!

    Here’s to 2012 being awesome!

There were a lot of good things that happened this year. I’m happy with how active Michael and I were. I am definitely sad about the tragedies and injuries that came in 2011. I am so ready for 2012!!

Yes! 2012 is going to be so much better! And much more active for me. I have lots of goals to accomplish. 🙂

Sorry that 2011 wasn’t a fabulous one for you, but it sounds like there were definitely some good things mixed in the the more difficult ones.

…as for me, 2011 was a pretty good year, particularly healthwise. The highlight was running my first half marathon! There were some other good fitness moments, like working-out with a PT and setting a new 5k PR, but the half was definitely the highlight.

The not so great thing about 2011 was falling off the weight loss wagon. I didn’t gain, but I still have 30 more lbs to go and I lost focus during the summer and never regained it. I had hoped to be down the full 60 by 2012. Oh, well!

Here’s hope you 2012 full of health, happiness, and speedy feet.

There were enough good things that happened in 2011 to make it worth the effort. 🙂

Congratulations on all your accomplishments! Running a half marathon is amazing and setting a PR is fantastic. It sounds like you also have some good goals to focus on for 2012. I think you’ll get there. 🙂
