      My legs were burning at the time and I WAS SLOW!!! So slow. It was really hard to pedal but I made it and recovered fast.

    I approach hills depending on the size. Short steep hills I will sprint up. Long steady climbs I just put my head down, low gear and go.

      I should try sprinting up a hill and see if I can do that. I usually just put my head down and grind through it, refusing to look at how much is left of the hill!
