    Curious about your swimming. Stroke, laps, timing yourself? What do you do?

      I do 2000 yards. It takes me between 40-50 minutes depending on the day. I swim laps. I mix it up. Breast stroke, freestyle, backstroke, paddle board, I have hand paddles I sometimes use and a buoy I sometimes use. I don’t use flippers.

      It was a sweet surprise! Daycare is pretty good about doing little art project like that for holidays and stuff. 🙂
